The winds from Hurricane Ike hit Ohio yesterday. My house lost power yesterday afternoon and I suspect we won’t have it or cable/phones for several more days yet.Â
The street next to us had several tree branches come down on power lines. One lane of traffic is blocked by trees. At least one street lamp pole (with power lines attached) is broken and is pulling down on the street lamp pole in front of our house. Logic tells me that it’s going to hit our front yard or any cars parked on the side of our house. My heart worries that it’s going to hit our front porch.
I’m going to catch internet connections where and when I can so I can keep posting. 🙂
