I Has A Hotdog! is popping up all over since it was released this week. Hachette Book Group has been kind enough to allow three of my readers the opportunity to win their own copy.
Here are the rules:
- This is open to US and Canadian addresses (no P.O. Boxes) only.
- Random.org will choose a winner Friday, April 30th, 6pm Eastern from the entries.
- Leave a comment naming your favorite fictional or real dog. (The canine can be from a book, movie or painting.)
While you think about #3, here is a link to Anna Balasi’s Blog Talk Radio interview with Professor Happycat (aka Ben Huh). You may recognize some of the names of people with questions.
Forget Lassie and Benji. One of my all-time favorite dogs is Skippy. You know him best as Asta from The Thin Man movies and he was also in Bringing Up Baby. I’ll take an intelligent dog that can make me laugh any day of the week.
I would love a chance to win! My favorite dog is my own Corgi Maya, however if I had to choose from dogs in books or film I would choose Mouse. Mouse is Harry Dresden’s dog in the Dresden Files series.

Well I’m definately biased as I had a Cairn Terrier named Muffer for 16 1/2 years but sadly she is gone now.
Lassie…wow that was a real teat jerker movie & a beautiful dog.
I would love to have a chance at this book.
I think my favourite would be the Taco Bell Dog (who you don’t see anymore and I think has passed.) Yo Quiero Taco Bell! So cute!!

White Fang, Jack London’s book about a courageous dog would be my pick.
I’m going to go with Wishbone as my favorite dog. Please enter me!
