I’m assuming the three poems I sent to a contest are not winners. April 19th is when the top eight poems will be read and I’ve not been invited.Â
The short story I sent out in February received a form letter rejection. It was mildly disappointing because the market had been on my list for a while and I thought I had found the right piece for it.Â
My own writing stalled last month but already in April the month is looking up. I’ve already sent out my first submission.
